SMS Consent & Notifications

SMS consent is optional and is not required to use Field Leader services.

Field Leader is a field-service management platform used by home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and similar trades). The platform enables service providers to send SMS notifications to their customers for:

Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
Job status updates (technician en route, work started, work completed)
Invoice and payment notifications
Service-related account alerts

All messages are transactional and service-related. Field Leader does not send marketing or promotional SMS campaigns.

How Consent Is Collected

Field Leader customers (service businesses) collect SMS consent from their end customers during service booking, customer intake, or profile creation. Consent is recorded at the time the customer's phone number is entered into the platform — either by the customer directly or by the service provider with the customer's verbal or written authorization. This page demonstrates the exact consent language and disclosure format used.
